Rosa Manor was named for the first family to occupy it. The Rosas have always been known for their diplomacy. They are equally as well known for the galas and entertaining. Their home is beautifully equipped for their guests’ every whim. Complete with a gorgeous backyard space, a sauna and massage area in the basement, this is the ultimate home for entertaining. It has been lavishly furnished with only the best of everything. The Rosas would stand for no less.
When you first walk into the home, there’s a two-story entranceway, the dining room on the lower left, the kitchen connected to that (along with a little breakfast nook) and the two story great room is on the top left. Next to the great room is the main floor bathroom. Moving to the right is the family room. Below the family room is the study. On the very right is the two story ballroom.
On the top floor, the master suite, including bathroom, takes up the bottom right quadrant. Two bedrooms (one the servants’ quarters) share a bathroom on the left side. The heir’s bedroom and adjoining bath is on the top right.
The basement contains a laundry room and next to that is a sauna and massage room.
The front is designed to be lavish and welcoming.
