The Fae were once plentiful in the Great Empire. They disappeared, leaving only their descendants, those with human blood in them. And during the centuries, the Fae blood has diluted but there are distinct characteristics that mark them: blue, green, red, pale, or ashen gray skin; unusual hair colors; and their affinity for animals. While most of their magic has subsided, their connection with nature has not.
The ruling family of the Bay of a Thousand Waves. They claim to have the most Fae blood left. They are also known as the “Dark Court”. They seem to take that title seriously. The King and Queen love the Game of Shadows and intrigue.

The Seelies are a noble line from the Bay of a Thousand Waves. Though the Unseelies are indisputably seen as the Dark Court and are openly villainous at times, the “Shining Court” as the Seelies are called prefer deception and manipulation. The results are often very similar to the Unseelies.

Week 1: Lady Ionia and Lord Helio welcomed their heir Firo
Week 2: The Seelies said goodbye to their patriarch. Lord Flint Seelie passed away of a heart attack he suffered while having a spirited discussion with his son-in-law.
Week 4: Lord Dante Seelie was born; he is Lady Ionia and Lord Helio’s second child.
Shortly after Dante’s birth, the couple welcomed their third child, Lord Jax.
The Sidhe is a noble family in the Bay of a Thousand Waves known most famously for their silver tongued promises. Depending upon who you talk to, those promises are either met or not. They tend to respect the mental and emotional acumen to be able to match wits with them.

Week 4: Lady Sapphire has become the head of the family, as she is now of age.
A match between her and Lord Elre Firetamer was made and the wedding was a momentous occasion.
The Banshees are the family that has run the local vet clinic for generations. Though most in the Bay have an affinity with animals, none are matched by the Banshees.

Week 1: Twilight Banshee, heir to the Banshee name, married Antonio Rosetti of San Myshuno
Week 3: Twilight and Antonio Banshee welcomed their first born child and heir, Damien Banshee.
Week 4: Twilight and Antonio’s second child, Vaughn, arrives.
Damien and Vaughn welcome their youngest brother, Jaron
The Nymphs have owned the local bookstore for the last two generations. Thistle was an only child and his parents died young, but now that he’s of age, he’s taken over.

Week 1: Thistle Nymph, heir to the Nymph name, married Azure Banshee, twin to Twilight (and his neighbor)
Week 2: Thistle and Azure Nymph welcome their first child and heir, Cyana
Week 3: Azure and Thistle Nymph welcome twins Cobalt and Aqua to the world.
Week 4: Dew, the Nymph’s cat, gave birth to two male kittens, Flash and Bang.
Dew had another kitten, Nova by Mayor Whiskers.
The Pixies are quite content to hunt and scavenge the land. There’s just something freeing about it.
