Once Kade and Jaimie moved in, I used the money to build this home for them: a 3 bed, 2 bathroom home. Ran out of money before I could do more than outfit the kitchen and some bare necessities.
The first floor contains the master bedroom, a bathroom, the kitchen/dining room/TV room, as well as what will be a screened-in porch at some point.
The second floor contains another bathroom (without any fixtures yet), the bedroom for the helpers and a spare room that will utilized as more money comes in. The middle room is a family/main room for whatever activity it needs to be.
